What time is Check In / Check Out?
Check In Time: Check in Time is 4:00 p.m.
Check out time: Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
What is your Deposit and Cancellation Policies?
A full prepayment is due at the time of booking. Reservations can be cancelled up to 5 days prior to arrival to receive a full refund. Cancellations and no-shows within 5 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Are Children allowed?
Only children 13 years and older are allowed.
Are Pets Allowed?
Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis. Please call the hotel for more information. Service animals are allowed but cannot be left in the room alone for any reason.
How should I get there from the Airport?
We recommend you take a taxi from the Airport. The cost is $36.00.
Do you have a gym?
No we do not have a gym but the world famous "New Orleans Athletic Club" is only two short blocks away. NewOrleansAthleticClub.com
Do you have a pool?
We have a outdoor pool and hot tub in our courtyard, open 8am-10pm. Pool towels are available in the courtyard for your convenience.
Do you have an icemaker in the suite?
All of our suites have full kitchens with a full size refrigerator with an ice maker.
What does the amenity fee cover?
Our $9.95+ taxes/night amenity fee covers pool and hot tub usage, unlimited wi-fi connections, and our coffee and water bar in the lobby.
I'm driving in, where do I park?

IS THERE DAILY HOUSEKEEPING?
We do not provide daily housekeeping service. If you need housekeeping assistance, please message us between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
is there an elevator?
Unfortunately, there is no elevator on property. Many of our accommodations require stairs to access. Our Courtyard King Studio or Creole Garden Suites both guarantee a first-floor unit, if stairs are an issue.
